First National Goal:

Legalize "[X] American" as a Choice of Heritage* for All American Citizens.
(* One of several euphemisms the government uses to hide its intent to ask for bloodline.
Others examples are culture, ancestry, etc.)

  • Social Security Census forms require Americans to self-segregate themselves by bloodline. Other forms like employment, bank lending and gun permit applications do likewise. None of those forms offer a choice that is offered equally to all, and there are legal penalties that deny every existing choice to some Americans.  Its time to end this betrayal of America's magic "melting pot."

  • Americans are not part this and part that, or "[X] Other". Americans are "One People" with a single common heritage of infinite variety.

This government imposed self-segregation dishonors America's principles and all who have sacrificed, suffered and died for them: Help TAPP legally require every form that requires Americans to declare a heritage (or any other euphemism for bloodline) include "[X] American" as a choice that is denied to no citizen.

First State of Hawaii Goal:

Rescue Public Education From Uninterested Powers.
Make Scholarship Important.

  • God loves all children equally, so someone else must have condemned Hawaii's children to the bottom rungs of national test score rankings -- for decades -- while even those on the top rungs in America lost ground to other nations. TAPP suggests these are responsible:

    • Tourism forces Hawaii to compete with places that rely on poor education to produce cheap labor. (Tourism's profits are determined almost totally by capital costs and labor costs.  Liquid capital markets deny anyone an advantage from capital costs. That makes cheap labor necessary to compete globally.)

    • Most of Hawaii's elected officials use socialized benefits to buy reelection votes.  However, the attraction of socialized benefits decreases as education increases a voter's income, self-confidence, self-reliance, expectations and incentive for individual industry.

  • Scholarship receives a small fraction of the recognition and importance given to ball playing.

    • Hundreds of thousands are spent for lighted score boards to laude the victors and shame the losers of ball games that have no long-term significance.

    • Law prohibits posting a handwritten grade sheet on a crowded bulletin board to laude hard working scholars who excel, and shame lazy students who fail, at scholarship that will someday cure cancer, harness fusion and defend us against increasingly horrific enemy weapons.
